Hello, Thank you for asking on HCM! You reported to have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and actually are under 75 mcg of levothyroxine. In order to confirm if the dose is correct and to exclude the thyroid as the possible cause for your symptoms I would recommend you to check the thyroid hormonal level. If the actual dose of levothyroxine result to be correct, than you have to discuss with your doctor to try to find out any other cause for your symptoms. You may need some further examinations which should be recommended after a proper physical examination. Hope the information will help you somewhat.
Kind regards, Dr.M.Guni
