What Causes Light Period With History Of Miscarriage?

Hi I started my menstrual on 12-5-14 I put a tampon and went to sleep. When I removed it there was nothing there and when I wiped nothing. When I would use the restroom there would be light pink. Nothing for the next day and then last night and today dark red watery blood with very light cramping. More like a tingling sensation Any suggestions reminds me of a miscarriage had one a couple of years ago but I took test and it was negative

Get serum Beta-HCG test done for confirmation of pregnancy.
If it is negative you can have spotting due to hormonal imbalance.
