What Causes Light Headedness With Rise In Sugar?

today i started to feel very light headed after a 25 minute walk. I ate 5hrs prior to this walk. Recently I was told that my sugar is high from results of recent bloodwork so I couldnt imagine me feeling this way due to a low sugar coat and when i arrived home my blood pressure was slightly high. I ate dinner as i arrived home and currently 4 hrs later at this time no I still feel dizzy when I stand up. Any ideas what this could be from?

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
In my opinion it is time you schedule some examination to rule out any disease
Laboratory tests you need to schedule are glycemi morning before eating and two hours after the meal, HB1Ac which shows your glycemic levels last three months.
It may be low blood sugar so the first examination are those I mentioned
A Doppler of carotis artery is needed to rule out any big carotis stenosis
Hope my answer will lead you to the right diagnose
Best regards
