What Causes Light Headedness While On Fortzaar?

Hi. I have been taking fortzaar for 3 years now to treat my hypertension. However, lately I have been feeling lightheaded but my blood pressure is normal 110/80. Could it be due to the hydrochorothiazide content of the medication . I am taking fortzaar 100mg/25mg concentration. Is it safe to take medication with diuretic component for long time? Thanks

Hello..
Diuretics cant be taken for longer period of time..as vital nutrients get excreted in urine..which will cause weakness n giddiness..
Take it in supervision of Physician..
