You should check each eye vision by closing each eye at a time. Thats how you can find out which side is more involved. Look for those factors which increase light headedness like : looking at computer screen : walking : straining avoid these to relieve your symptom. Contact ER as soon as possible if you are not getting relief. The doctor might advise you CT scan of head and orbit to look for fracture and clot. Further management will be decided accordingly. Meanwhile at home, you can take : beta-histine to relieve lightheadness after proper prescription : keep yourself hydrated : Take diclofenac sodium in case of headache after proper prescription : Lie down to relieve light headedness Thanks.
