What Causes Light Headedness Along With Vomiting And Motor Imbalance?

I was cleaning the car carpets Sat with my head down, it was warm and I had not had anything to eat nor drink for about 2 hours.. When I got up I was lightheaded. This then intensified and I couldn t walk. After sitting down for about 10 minutes, still having imbalance issues I got help to go to the bathroom. I took about 10 steps and began vomiting violently I think 7 times. I felt better and the symptoms gradually dissipated. I have felt better each day but needed pm naps and my neck hurts with some slight headaches. Today I felt my old self except this eve I experienced some mild lightheadedness. I have emailed my MD and will probably hear from him tmrw. My pulse and BP are fine... What do you think?

Thanks posting in HCM.
Your symptoms are towards to an increased intracranial pressure. You have ever had head injuries. If combined with advanced age and other diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cerebral vascular malformations, brain tumors ... then just a slight impact will hurt the brain and brain cells cause increased intracranial pressure. You should see your doctor to have a CT or MRI brain to have solutions for you soon.
Hope to help!
Wish you good health!
