I can walk but get tired out and a dull pain below my left breast kinda hurts when I walk . I am use to walking fast but lately it tires me out . This happen when I had bronchitis since January and it comes and goes.was coughing a lot and flem I coughed up now that stopped but I walk a short distance and get this dull pain below breast on left side thank you
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. You are having left sided chest pain on exertion (walking). So we should first rule out heart diseases. So get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and stress test. If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases. Sometimes bronchitis can also cause similar kind of pain. So also get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). You may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol). Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
