Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. The most likely cause of the mid-cycle spotting is ovulation. The associated hormone surge with ovulation often causes some spotting, sometimes amounting to bleeding for a couple of days. Please have regular unprotected intercourse during the fertile period. Please inform your health care provider if the spotting persists. Hope this helps.
