What Causes Leg Spasms All Through Out The Day?
Hi, I have noticed that I have small twitches or spasms in my legs and arms all thru the day. It also happens while I am sleeping in my arms and legs and sometimes in my abdomen. It is not painful and has been going on for several months. It is only bothersome when it keeps me from falling asleep. What could be causing this?
