What Causes Leg Pain And Testicle Pain In An ADHD Child?

My 12 year old boy has been complaining of the back of both legs huring being sore like sore muscles, said his testicles hurt and throws up just a little bit (he is not sick) intermittently (not every day). Doesn t throw up much may be more like a reflex of some kind. He is ADHD and takes Vyvanse.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I am not aware of Vyvanse causing these side effects. Has he been injured? I have read reports of males who have both testicular and leg pains, but they have all been adults. I would like to suggest that he be seen by a pediatric urologist. I hope this recommendation is helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Arnold Zedd
