General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle cramps.
Muscle cramps and spasms are most often experienced in the leg.
For immediate relief, stretch the muscle gently and massage it to help the muscle relax.
Applying heat to the cramp when the spasm begins can also help.
I also suggest using magnesium supplements.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
