What Causes Leg Cramps And Insomnia?

My fiancé has had a tumor taken out when he was age 13 or so, and now he is age 26. He is having the same symptoms today and it just keeps getting worse every day. He has super bad migraines that make him get sick. He said it feels like someone keeps pounding the back of his head and it hurts when I try to run his back. His left leg always cramps but that has been a normal thing in the past. He can t sleep and he said he can t get warm even though when I feel him he feels so hot. What should we do?
