Hello thank you for writing us here.
What your symptoms tell is about an infestation of a parasite in your left inguinal lymph nodes. its called elephantiasis (yes that's right the symptom which you just mentioned) its caused by Wuchreria bancroftii. It spreads from bite of mosquitoes and resides in the lymphatics and blocking the normal lymph flow causing huge swelling of lower limbs mainly and it really appears like foot of elephant from where the name has been derived.
When you go for a check up, your doctor would take biopsy of the fluid, ultrasonography/ xray and the examination of both the limbs and ultimately put you on these medications
Diethylcarbamazine in single shot or till 12-14 days.
Albendazole 400mg + ivermectin 200microgram/ kg body weight in single shot.
Hope it helped you.
God bless you

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
