Hey- sorry to bother you, but I m wondering if maybe you might have some insight for me and I m looking for an educated second opinion. We went on a long road trip for a funeral just south of the Canadian border (about an 18 hr drive one way) and the entire way I was having pains in my legs. Not like muscle cramps. They would vary from sharp to dull throbbing. I also had them on another road trip we took to Wisconsin about a month back, but this time seemed worse. I have no idea what s causing them. Getting out and walking at every stop didn t seem to help. Then, on this trip, on the way back I had what I can only describe as a palpitation, but it was worse than any other I ve ever had. All the others just gave me a flip/flop type feeling that I d get once in a blue moon and back in college a doctor told me it s normal for some people to get them every so often, but this knocked the wind out of me and I was just sitting in the car. I literally couldn t breathe in for a moment and it felt like something reached in and slapped my heart against the rib cage while twisting it. I ve been in and out of the clinic so much the past year that I really don t want to go in again only to find that it was nothing, but of course the internet tells a person trying to figure it out that everything is gonna put you in the grave lol. Do you have any idea if the pains and weird chest thing could be related? Is it anything that I should really worry about/ get checked out or just wait and see? I am literally embarassed to go back in to the clinic or ER again and really don t want to.... but it scared me a lot and Idk what on earth is going on. The leg pains are still there and I still have a slight off feeling in my chest where I feel the need to just take a deep breath every now and then. Any input is appreciated!
