What Causes Left-sided Pulsating Feeling In Neck, Pins And Needles In Arm?
Hey. Lately when I go for a run, the left side of my neck I can feel it beating really fast and when I look in the mirror after I can see part of my neck pulsing irregularly fast and it sends pins and needles down my left arm. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

The most common cause of pins and needles in the arm is compression of the nerve, developing neurological disorder but it can also be indicative of symptoms of heart attack or developing CAD. You have not mentioned any history of your past illness. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP or a cardiologist. Get all blood tests, urinalysis, lipid function tests, NVC tests, nerve biopsy, stress tests, echo, EKG, X-ray, etc to detect CAD, so that it can be treated at the earliest.
In the meantime, avoid addictions if any. Avoid trans fat, refined flour, fatty oily food, refined flour, carbs, full fat dairy products, etc. Take food rich in omega 3 fatty acid, vitamin B1, B6, B12, vitamin E and plant based proteins. Take home made balanced food and take adequate rest and sleep. Stay away from anxiety & stress. Get treated at the earliest.
