Hello Thank you for trusting HCM Dear Clonazpam probably won t cause ear pain,but each person may respond differently, if you feeling ear ache stop(use alternative) it and see weather ear ache decreasing or not. It can cause clumsiness or unsteady Ness, delayed reaction dizziness or lightheadedness, drowsiness increased watering of the mouth, muscle weakness, unusual tiredness or weakness. If you are using it for seizures or anxiety don t stop it abruptly use alternative drug to prevent withdrawal symptoms. Ear pain may be due to some other reason please consult your Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
