i am 17 years old,5ft3 and weigh 9st10,lately i have been getting pains in my chest and the left side of my body when i take breathe it feels like im breathless,i got pain on the left side of my back just behind my heart... today i got an unusual pain were the whole of my left side from my heart to the bottom of my left rib felt like it has a stitch

It is either muscle pain or costochondritis. Take ibuprofen 400 mg, if pain continues, then take it twice a day for 3-5 days.
