What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain?

so i had my tubes reversed on March 29th 2017 and im trying to get pregnant my periods are 28 days apart. I took a pregnancy test 4 days before my next period (1$ one) and it said neg. was it to early?? and having pains on my left side around kidney and stuff lower back feels like it could snap in half.. i felt my cervix its 2in from vag. opening (middle finger) it feels like a mixture of pukered lips and tip of my nose and slightly opened and squishy. Im afraid i have gotten my hopes up in praying for the best but preparing for the wosrt... what do i do

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
As per the history the pregnancy tests is negative but there is pain in the left kidney area and there is palpable cervix.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Send the urine and blood sample for tests including that of culture and sensitivity of the urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen helps to see for the kidneys, uterus, any tubal or extra-uterine pregnancy.
Gynecologist per-vaginal examination will confirm whether there is any uterine prolapse or not.
If there is an urinary tract infection, a course of an antibiotic, changeover as per the test reports will help resolve the issues.
Gynecologist examination will help a plan for prolapse as needed and if present the pregnancy in future issue should be solved in consultation
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Avoid all the activities that increase intra-abdominal pressure.
