What Causes Left Side Chest Pain And Faster Heartbeat?

dear sir,

my left ribs down are more than right ribs. If I fresh over the left chest area down I feel pain. If i climb a staircase i feel fast breething and weak and my heart beat faster.I am thirty years old . What might be the reason please suggest?

I can understand your concern.
Left sided chest pain, faster heart beats (tachycardia), weakness etc can be seen in heart diseases. At your age, valvular heart diseases and arrhythmia are common.
So better to get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Holter monitoring (24 hour continuous monitoring of ecg).
If all these are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes anemia (low hemoglobin) and thyroid problems can also cause similar symptoms. So get done hemoglobin estimation and thyroid function test.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
