What Causes Left Side Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Cramps?
For 2 days I've been having abdominal pain on the lower left side. It hurts when I have to go to the bathroom. It feels like a cramp or stitch but it's not going away. I'm sore and bloated through the day and can barely move most of the day. Should I see a doctor?

I would empirically recommend a two week course of a
PPI such as Pantoprazole and a pro kinetic
like itopride to see for improvement,
Yes you should consult a doctor as you require a physical exam and subsequent work up accordingly like a stool r/e , ultrasound abdomen and others if relevant
