What Causes Left Chest Pain And Tightness, Breathlessness, Dizziness And Hands Tingling?
Hi, i m a non smoker and non drinking 29 year old male. I m 5-6 and 161 lbs. I am having chest pains of and on for about 2 weeks. I have tightness and pain in my left chest with shortness of breath and dizzy spells. I have been unusaully tired too. this is happening about three or four times a week. My hans and feet get tingly feeling also.

This could be anxiety and depression and this condition some how causes the hyperacidity this is like a double edge swords, in my opinion such case need to be treated with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, hope this information helps.
