What Causes Leakage In The Urinary Bladder?

i am a 51 yr old female,,,i went to my usauall exam,,,i told my dr. i know my blatter is getting weaker,,i have leakage all the time,,,,and that i always feel pressure in pelvic area,,she sent me to have an ultra sound done,,, this is what it says,,, the uterus is retroverted measures &.3x3.9x45 cm... the myometrium is homogeneous,,,the the endometriam measures 0.97cm,, there is good endomyometrium differentation,,,the cervix is unremarkable,,,the right ovary is not visualized due to body habitus and overlying bowl gas,,, the left ovary contains a thin walled multiloculated cystic structures with internal echos,,, the left ovary measures 2.4x2.9x2.2cm (volume8.3cc),,and there is no free fliud in the pelvis,,,the urinary bladder is unremarkable,,,,

This is called Urinary incontinence which the loss of bladder control. This is a common and often embarrassing problem.

The severity ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that's so sudden and strong you don't get to a toilet in time.

If urinary incontinence affects your daily activities, don't hesitate to see your doctor. For most people, simple lifestyle changes or medical treatment can ease discomfort or stop urinary incontinence.

Pelvic floor muscle exercises or electrostimulation may be required is severe cases.
