Hi,Im 11 Days late on my period. A week before it was due I was having stomach cramps which I normally have before a period but no period. The next couple if days I had nausea and motion sickness really bad but was only actually sick one. Iv been having really bad tension headaches for the last couple of weeks, white discharge and then stomach pain still continues on the right side. Iv taken a pregnancy test but came up negative. Hi dear, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

If you have history of regular cycle and also there is history of unprotected sex activity in the fertile period of the cycle means from day 10 to 20 of the cycle, then you stand chance to get pregnant.

If your pregnancy test is negative and you still have any doubt, then blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help to confirm or rule out pregnancy.

If all your reports suggest that you are not pregnant then your symptoms can be due to hormonal changes.
I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tablet Regestrone two times a day for 5 days to get withdrawal bleeding.
And antiemetic like Ondensetron and antacid like Omeprazole and antispasmodic like Dicyclomine for your stomach discomfort.

Also opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Start on Folic acid and vitamin B 12 and Vitamin E and Long acting form of vitamin B 6 and evening primrose oil supplements for at least 3 months.

Please get sex counseling done about safe and protected sex activity, this helps to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
