I have a large swollen area under each arm. They are getting larger over time. To see them I used to have to lift my arms. Now you can see them without doing so. The left side is largest. When I lift my arm they are perfectly round. The left side is about the size of half a golf ball. They are soft with some irregular semi hard lumps. 2 doctors have said they are just fatty lumps. I am 5 5 tall and weigh 153 pounds. I have weighed the same (up and down 10) for years. I am type 1 Diabetic, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by 3 different doctors 8 or 9 years ago, take an antidepressant, have arthritis and bursitis. I also have Lyme disease from Turkey Ticks for the SECOND time about 8 months apart. I was diagnosed the first time after developing Facial Palsey at a follow up visit with my GP and asking him if there could be a connection to several tick bites 2 or 3 months before during yard work in the spring. Theirs time I was bitten on the tip of my brast and developed a horrible burn looking rash followed by a perfect half bullseye around it. I went to my GP just a week ago because I developed some twitch like movements on the left side (same side as the Palsey) when I bite down with that side of my mouth. Do you have any idea what the growing areas are under my arms? It s embarrassing. I can t wear sleeveless clothing anymore.
