What Causes Large Bumps On Thighs?
Hello doc, I have had these large bumps on my thighs for about a year. They dont protrude the skin unless I irritate them but when I squeeze the bump , I can feel a large lump under the bump. When it pops from friction from my thighs rubbing together it gives a foul smelling pasty white discharge. Sometimes they stay down, sometimes they protrude the skin and hurt when I touch them. Can ya help me?

From history it seems that you might be having multiple infected sebaceous cysts producing this problem.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If sebaceous cysts are there, it may require excision of cyst with sac toget permanent cure.
