What Causes Large Bump With Pimples On The Scalp?

My little girl is 4 yrs old.. She has allergies to all kinds of nuts, soy wheat, etc. I used a grease on her head about 2 weeks ago and now she has large bumps with yellow pus running out of them all over her head and screams when you try to wash her head. I tried to burst some of them and the pus ran with blood out of them.. I washed her hair 3 days ago with Neutrogena T-gel and thought it was going to take care of the problem.. However it started looking bad again last night and when I picked her up from Pre-school, her head is full of the sores again.. Please help..

Hi, your child has developed staphylococcal infection over scalp. If I was your treating doctor, then i would have liked to start antibiotics like moxclav 5 ml three times a day and an antibacterial cream like T-bact locally on scalp. Also, you should not apply any oil on hairs for some time. I hope this will help you. Wishing your child good health. Take care.
