What causes lack of stools and tightness in stomach?

I am an 18 year old female. I eat well and am not over weight. I go #2 at least once a day in the morning. I had a bad headache 3 days ago. Since then my headache went away but I have not went poop. I pee regularly, I may be dehydrated. My stomach feels tight. I am scared I have a blockage or something. Please advise.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you did not pass the stool for a couple of days, then it is nothing to worry as it might be happening due to less water intake or less fiber containing diet.

If you start drinking more water, eating a fiber-rich diet, then there would be no Constipation, and you may have regular defecation.

It is not the obstruction and no need to worry about this. Also, a headache could be due to stress, or nonspecific.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
