Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Her symptoms could be related to different possible causes: a muscle disorder (myositis), a spinal cord infection or inflammation, multiple sclerosis, etc. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam. Some blood lab tests coupled with a spinal cord MRI are necessary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
