What Causes Lack Of Menstruation While Taking Benforce-M?

Hello doctor i was married woman. 8 months crossing in my marriage life, bt i am not conceived. we consult the doctor she prescribe a main tablet benforce m. Now 42 days i have no periods and not conform as conceived. But before 2 days onwards i have period symptoms. I also take the tablets for stopping periods for this month named ovaa shield - DS. So pls explain the reason that i am not conceiving

Conception is related to female or male factors or both combined.\

This means that it may be related to you or your husband and you would both need to be assessed.

For your husband a semen analysis would be needed.

For you, assessment of the uterus, ovaries, cervix, tubes would be needed to find the cause.
This would require blood tests and imaging of these areas.

The blood tests would be for different hormones such as thyroid hormone, prolactin, testosterone, FSH and LH.

Once the cause is found then treatment may be available
