What Causes Lack Of Excretion In While Ejaculation?

My husband, 53, is diabetic & about 3 months ago he began testosterone injections due to low T levels. When he ejeculates, nothing is excreted. He has 100% sensation of orgasm but nothing comes out. This is a new symptom & has us confused. What could be causing this? Could it be a side affect of T shots?

No, it not sounds any side effects of the drugs. Testosterone never cause such side effects in contrary it causes increase in excretion.

I advice you to look for the other causes of less semen.

I suspect blockage of semen excretion system as per your complaint. I advice you to do with USG abdomen and genital system.

It will diagnose the condition and then according to management can be possible.
