What Causes Lack Of Concentration And Interest In Studies?

Hi my names Kara and I m looking to start school back up. I quit goinng because concentrating was so hard the teacher would lecture and I d find myself not even paying attention to her. I really wanna finish school without having 100 different projects half finished! What do I do?

Sleep early, get up early
Meditation done daily can help you concentrate better
Do exercise, mild to moderate, daily.
Eat timely meals, avoid juck food.
Keep a time table for finishing your portions, and also keeptime for revisions.
Make sure you finish daily portions.
