What causes knee pain?

can you tell me if the following could cause pain in a knee: 1) there is diffuse thickening involving the superior aspect of the medial collateral ligament 2) There is increased signal involving the medial epicondyles, patchy increased signal involving the lateral tibial plateau. These findings, most probably, foci of residual red bone marrow. 3) focal tendinosis of the dismal quadriceps tendon, focal tendinosis of the superior patellar tendon. what does all of this mean?
