What Causes Kidney Pain After Placing Stent?

I am a 40 year old female who had laparoscopic pyeloplasty and now have a stent in place. Surgery was 1 month ago and I m healing well but started experiencing more kidney pain. Is this normal due to stent placement or could there be another blockage? Thank you!
