Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.
As per your complain the symptoms of having keloids that are red and inflamed along with blood blisters and dark red or inflamed appearrence of the pierced hole indicates infection in the area of piercing..
The first thing that I would suggest you to remove your earrings..
You can start cleaning the area with antiseptic solution and also apply a combination of
triple antibiotic ointment and
steroid ointment over it.
Do cool compresses over the
earlobe..
You can also take a short course of antibiotics for faster resolution..
Once the infection subsides you can
consult a General Surgeon and get evaluated for the keloids and he can advise you steroid injections for shrinking the keloid..
He can also advise surgical removal of the keloid if conservative treatment does not work..
You should also wear gold and plastic earrings and not other metals to avoid
allergic reaction as other metals can decompose and cause allergic reaction but not gold or plastic as they are inert materials..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
