What Causes Joints Pain Despite Giving Tylenol For Fever?

Our 6 year old grandson has had a off and on fever for about 3 weeks, it started out with a rash that lasted 24 hours. The fever can be controlled with tylonol. But does come back. His white count is up a little. He is also complaining that he hurts in his joints. Doctors are thinking possible 5th disease

1. Rheumatic fever.

2. Systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis.

3. Prolonged viral illness with reactive arthritis.

4. Lymphoreticular neoplasm.

5. Enteric fever.

6. Leptospirosis

These are the possible differential diagnoses which crossed my mind on going through the minimal information provided.
