What Causes Joint Pain In A Child After Being Given Polio Drops?

Hi My daughter was turning 3yrs old on the 23 feb. And it was a day where she had to go to clinic and take the polio drops. She had flu by then, but at the clinic they did gave her those drops. After that the flu got strong, after a day she develop mouth ulcers, soar throat. After three days we took her back to clinic, by mistake they gave her those drops again, now she is complaining about joints pain, especial on right knee

These symptoms do not seem to be related to polio drops.

But if she develops any weakness of the limbs or loss of consciousness then she will require medical attention, please.
