General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, he needs to be reviewed by a rheumatologist and autoimmune profile may be needed as well as vitamin Deficiency should also be ruled out. Radiographic evaluation of any joints involved may also be needed as well as uric acid levels and RA factor etc. Treatment would be according to the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
