What Causes Joint Pain And Swollen Lymph Nodes After Intercourse?

I recently engaged in unprotected sex with a questionable partner... dumb and regrettable.. About 4 days later I began experiencing muscle and joint pain, particularly knuckles and forearms. Also I had a one tiny and one mid-size lymph not swollen in my groin region, and bother sides of my throat nodes were swollen. Then the night sweats began. I got to a doctor as fast as possible and my blood test results (tested for everything) and it was negative. I found a painless red circle and other redness around my genitalk underneath region that stuck around for a couple weeks I believe. It s been a month now and I have new nodes swollen in my groin, slightly bigger. I recently experienced pain in my tailbone which then was pain on my hips. I had a light rash on the head of my penis that went away in about two days without medication. I ve noticed a couple small white painless lumps on my gums that aren t going away, and in one nostril. About a week ago a had a bad headache on the left side of my head. No nausea, no stiffness in the neck.. I drink a fair bit and I have been known to be a hypochondriac but this fear is ruining my ability to live a normal life. My doctor is not helping me, and the silent waiting might be my undoing.. Can someone please weigh in on this and help me get some answers? I m shaking as I type this... Thank you
