General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Joint pain in the knee and the hip are commonly due to RA, OA, Sciatica, Gout, PAD, etc. Medical conditions that may cause pain in the muscles are strain, tendonitis, spasm, fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal disorder, etc. Burning sensation in the palms and the sole of the feet are indicative of developing peripheral neuropathy. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get all Blood tests and Imaging tests done to detect the factor causing you discomfort.

You will be treated according to s, nerve biopsy your symptoms and pathology detected. Get all nerve function tests done. In the meantime you can take anti inflammatory like Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS when required. Take vitamin B6, B12, Vitamin E rich food or take supplements. Avoid addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
