What Causes Jelly Like Discharge With Spots Of Blood To Come Out Of Anus?

Hello there,I'm 20yrs old and I have a problem that's kinda making me worried. I went to the bathroom this morning to pee and what thought was just gas that came out ...it wasn't ...I had clear jelly like discharge with spots of blood come out my anus. and then it happend again few mins ago when i went to the bathroom it happend again....I already been to the doc. and they already did some test on me and I have NO disease!!!!I wanted to know what it could be ...should I be worried?
