Jaw pain and breathing difficulty after eating ice-cream seems to be because of TMJ (temporomandibular joint ) dysfunction and could be due to severe tooth infection as well. It could be due to systemic cause. I would suggest you to consult dentist for proper evaluation of the condition. Doctor may examine physically and order tests to confirm diagnosis such as X-ray of tooth or CT or MRI of TMJ. Doctor may prescribe night guard if it is due to bruxism. Take soft and light food. Do mouth stretching exercises in very light way and take muscle relaxants as well.
