What Causes Itchy Uterus Post Intercourse?

Hi I m 20 years old just started having sex protected..since I was 16 years old I has irregular periods.times where I wouldn t see it for months ...than I stayed on my cycle non stop after I had sex the first time I started my period now I don t just yellow clear bacteria now I m itchy inside uterus help me please

Hallow dear,

I have gone through your question. You seem to be little confused about your reproductory organs. The uterus never itches. It is probably that you are getting itching inside the vagina.

If you are having or if you had yellow discharge through your vaginal opening, it is suggestive of bacterial infection. Was or is it foul smelling? In that case, you need an antibiotics treatment.

However, you should always keep in mind that any bacterial infection after the sex or during the sex is most likely to be sexually transmitted infection (STI/STD). Hence please report to your Gynaecologist or STD specialist and get properly diagnosed and treated. Most of the STDs can be treated and cured completely if treatment is started in time.

Please have your examinations done on both of you and start the treatment simultaneously to both the partners.
