What Causes Itchy Skin In The Anus Along With Mucus Discharge?

Hi, I have itchy skin, anus itching after my bowel movement and also, mucus formation due to sinusitis. I have pain while passing urine. And I am feel tired. What may be the reasons. I have my hypertension around / and I am on medication for it. Kindly suggest me

hello,
causes for itching may be Poor cleaning of the area after a bowel movement,dry skin condition,infection of the anus or rectum,hemorrhoids.if there is a mucus discharge after bowel movement then it may be a case of hemorrhoids.pain while urinating may be due to urinary tract infection.
