What Causes Itchy Red Rashes On Navel And Penis?

I have a bad rash that has broken out in the last 24 hours. It s in my private area (MALE) and runs from my belly button to my penis, however just barely on the penis itself. It s very red with a few puss heads (I have been popping them) and iched yesterday but is just sore today. I m concerned.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Red rashes on navel region and penis which is itchy could be due to bacterial infection of the skin.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Wash the area with warm water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon.
2. Following drying, apply Neomycin skin cream on the lesions.
3. Take Tablet.Levocetrizine for itching once a day.
Your condition should become better and subside gradually.
