General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If you send a picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying. If it is allergic then it will disappear after taking antihistamine tab or injection. It might reappear after the first dose wear off also. But if this is fungal infection then antihistamine alone won't be helpful. In such case this is most likely tinea corporis and such case ketoconazole lotion locally and fluconazole tablet weekly once for 1 month will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
