What Causes Itchy Rectum,black Tarry Stool And Soreness In The Anus Area?

I was diagnosed with hpylori and took the triple dose of drugs for 9 of the 14 days..was so sick from the anti biotics I had to stop.I have symptoms that may be at this time related....itchy rectum, black tarry stool and soreness in the anus area or is it from some food I eat regulary for breakfast.....yogurt and multi grain toast the bread is very crunchy and heavily grained with grains and seeds.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Lower gastro intestinal bleeding.Get a per rectum digital examination,Colonoscopy,stool culture and sensitivity for better diagnosis.You need to start antibiotic course,pantoprazole,domperidone immediately by discussing with your doctor.I also advise you to take plenty of fluids.You may need a laproscopic surgery.Report to your doctor if symptoms like vomiting,blood in the stool exist.Consult your Gastro enterologist for expert management.
