What Causes Itchy Rashes On Body, Stomach Cramps, Dark Urine And Joint Pain?
I just returned from a missions trip from Haiti. I have been home about 10 days. Friday I noticed I had a minor rash on my arms legs back and chest, but it is very itchy! I have had stomach cramps, and most of my joints are sore and achy. My urine is dark. Feeling very tired. What s up? w

It may the onset symptoms of the lyme disease caused by a tick bite and has rash as an erythema migrans, typically on the site of the bite.
If I was your treating physician I would have treated you with Doxycycline antibiotic if not contraindicated and you are not allergic to it. Plus, Ibuprofen will help. Taking plenty of water and Pedialyte oral rehydration solution will help you a lot. Take complete rest. Make an appointment with your primary care physician for evaluation too.
