What Causes Itchy Rashes Like Bumps Between Balls And Thighs?

Hi, I have what appears to be a rash between my "balls" and thigh, on both sides.
The skin seems very weak and tears easily, and there are rash like bumps. The skin itself is very tender and itchy, and when I scratch is when I can tear the skin and is a light pinky, not swollen,

I do use baby powder after a bath to keep the area dry. This is a recent change.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of Intertrigo, which is inflammation of the body folds. Candida is often superimposed over it.

If I was your treating doctor I would have asked you to use a topical antifungal+ steroid combination cream twice daily (e.g beclomethasone+clotrimazole cream) for 2-4 weeks.

An OTC antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg once daily would help you symptomatically with the itch.

An antifungal dusting powder used regularly would help in keeping the folds dry and prevent future fungal infections.

regards
