Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy rash on chest and stomach which seems to be due to allergic reaction due to itchy bites. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain cleanliness of area and keep it dry. You should take diet rich in multivitamins and apply betnovate cream 2-3 times a day. Wear loose clothes. Take oral antibiotic course as well. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should apply topical antibacterial ointment mupirocin on it. Avoid touching or pricking it. You should apply vitamin E Oil at night as well.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
