What Causes Itchy Rash In Between The Buttocks?

I had a c-section about a month ago. After a week I developed hemeriods. When hemeriods were gone I developed rash in butt crack. When I pee or have a bm it itches and burns more so I have to wash the butt area after each urination and bw with siap and water but it helps for only 20 mins and rash and burning starts all over again. Sometimes I find an odorless almost-clear discharche in this area. I am currently using cortison-10 cream about 3 times a day. It reliefs thevsymptoms very slowly but not sure if it treating the problem. What should I do to treat this condition?
